Leather Droid
Question Droid does not work, never dropped / no water damage?
I have six months ago this droid. I have a difficult case for him, and a cover Soft leather for him. I am VERY VERY careful with this phone and not drop it once. Even still has the plastic on the back. Tonight I was sitting on the counter and restarts randomly. Then I got to facebook and frozen, which happens from time to time. I took out the battery, put it back, and began upwards. All you have is a blank black screen. I have to go or call Verizon. I have NO other phones in my house / anywhere! I DO NOT want a phone reconditioned. I paid 300.00 for your new job from day one I had problems with people not being able to listen good! I want a brand new phone. Is it this possible?
I'll take a guess and say that you're not pulling your battery on a regular basis. Take it to the store and ask them to do a hard reset Full on the phone, make sure you know your login to Gmail first. As a replacement, will not be brand new if the box. Replacements 50/50 are usually new and like new. With a droid, at this point, it mite than likely a new phone. But Verizon simply can not afford to just hand out a new $ 560 phone every time someone needs a replacement, can not any cell phone company, or they would be bankrupt in a month.
